Advanced Sewage Treatment Process
Sewage treatment at our facility is a comprehensive, multi-stage process designed to purify wastewater before it is either discharged into the drainage system or safely applied to land.
Here's an overview of our advanced treatment process:
Aeration and Biological Treatment: Our plant employs a specialised aeration process, which introduces oxygen into the wastewater. This oxygen helps break down organic matter and reduce harmful substances.
Special Polymer Application: We use advanced polymers that effectively remove bacteria and suspended solids, ensuring that the wastewater is thoroughly cleansed.
Testing and Quality Assurance: After treatment, we take samples of the effluent to ensure it meets stringent quality standards. Our rigorous testing procedures ensure that the treated water is safe and compliant with all environmental regulations.
Discharge: The final effluent, now treated and purified, is safely discharged into the South West Water drainage system, meeting all the requirements set by the Environment Agency.
